You have to keep it simple!
Think about a time you’ve complicated something (anything) and remind yourself of how you felt.
If it was a task, how did you feel trying to complete it? Did you complete the task? And how did those around you feel due to your change in mood/behavior?
The thing is, when we decide to pursue something, it doesn’t just include us. It also includes everyone around us.
We should learn from past lessons and change the way we approach things such as weight management.
This year, approach your weight loss journey differently and try something outside the box!
Such as focusing on ONE goal. Change ONE behavior.
For example, “I will begin to walk 3 times each week for at least 30 minutes” – Make it measurable and realistic!
Your future you will thank you for stopping the cycle of stress related to weight and your relationship with food.
